sleep plus pillow spray
THE BIOLOGICAL CONNECTION BETWEEN
sleep and skin has led This Works to undertake five
independent clinical trials, encompassing a total of
900 people. Our blind, placebo-controlled study on
the effects of sleep plus pillow spray, for example,
has proven beyond doubt that it offers immediate and

BLUE LIGHT, THE GLARE EMITTED FROM SCREENS
is proven to disrupt sleep patterns. Sharing a similar wavelength to
daylight, it affects our chronobiology, stimulating brain activity and
hampering sleep. Concerned by this modern sleeplessness, This Works
conducted a user study* to investigate the effect of sleep plus pillow
spray on restless sleepers who are heavy users of blue light-emitting
technology. Users recorded a marked improvement in quality and
duration of sleep, benefitting from positive effects the following day.
