Amazon – Located on Symmetry Park, Darlington, is the
1,500,000sq ft Amazon distribution centre, the largest
industrial and logistics facility in the North-East of England.
Northern School Of Art – At the heart of Hartlepool’s
Innovation and Skills Quarter, this further and higher
education facility (previously CCAD) has undergone a
£10.5million transformation, with a new state-of-the-art
teaching facility, providing 45,000sq ft of teaching and
administration space.

committed £14.5m to establish
a new 3.5hectare Bio-Campus
in Billingam, with new office and
laboratory space.
