This is King's Way

2

In 1998, a group of 24 men called on Dr. Bradley Price to start King's Way Baptist Church. A church focused on bringing people into a saving and growing relationship with Jesus Christ, and giving God all the glory. He’s led the church for 14 years and grown a vibrant and abundant ministry, and now we stand at the doorway to the next level.

Dr. Price is now founding pastor. One of his friends he led to Christ years ago graciously offered to pay his salary. As founding pastor he will be…

“Building and mentoring leaders without bearing the pressure of leading the vision of King's Way to the next level. Loving the people, who mean the world to me without leaving the place that I love more than any other place. And in the meantime I'm gonna fish more, play golf a little more, take my hot wife on dates, even go on a vacation for more than a week, give my tithe to King's Way, pray more, work less and get out of the way and let our young champions lead us into the incredible future God has for our church.”

Rusty Price is the new lead pastor, and he’s excited about what God is going to do through King's Way’s ministry.

“I believe God has called me at this time to this moment for this reason, my goal and role would be to lead in vision, strategy, and lead in building unity and I hope we altogether lead people to Christ.”

Rusty is also the founder and pastor of King's Way’s Spanish church, Camino, and has been for fourteen years. He wants to see King's Way and Camino unite to be one church operationally, while still maintaining two separate campuses.

“When we talk about becoming one, were talking about oneness, not necessarily physically being together, but united in purpose and vision”

For example, the staff from both campuses meet as one every week. By uniting operationally, we hope to maximize our resources by combining people, ideas and talents…not combining budgets.

“For example...musicians…we’ve had Camino guys come and play, not all the time, but it is an added value. We’ve already had people from King's Way go and serve in the pantry. I believe that
