1) Qiddiya City, KSA:
A. What is it? Qiddiya City is a giga project in the KSA- the Qiddiya Investment Company is building a brand new city anchored by a theme park destination
B. What we did: Feasibility, strategic guidance and business planning for theme and waterparks, cultural attractions, retail, dining and entertainment and hotels

B. What we did: feasibility, economic impact and expansion strategy for the client with a second gate waterpark and integrated hotel
C. How we helped: our analysis enabled our client to move forward with their plans for both the waterpark and hotel. The Grand Curiosa hotel is now open and operating, and the Oceana Water World waterpark is under construction and slated to open in 2026 / 27
