Location: Birkenhead, Merseyside Client: Big Heritage Value: £ 3.5 million Completion: Ongoing until Summer 2026 Services: Client consultancy, Project Management, Design Management, Cost Control, Procurement, Contract management. Outline scope of project deliverables: Acting as client-side project manager for a new-build museum capital and fit-out project on Merseyside. Prime responsibility is in leading the client team to navigate there way through their first ever new build experience project. Other services include procurement of exhibition contractors, managing program and cost control, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and reporting to stakeholders and funders.

Location: Abu Dhabi Client: Kidzania Value: £ 6 million( Paragon packages value) CS Projects Client: Paragon Creative( working as project director) Completion: May 2019 Services: PMO, Project Management, Cost control, Procurement, Project monitoring, Project Due Diligence. Outline scope of project deliverables: Fit out of the thematic and interactive areas of an interactive children’ s attraction. Employed as project director for Paragon Creative to improve the project management and manage the team of 13 project managers in difficult business circumstances. Kidzania was the main portion of the companies turnover and as such had implications for the businesses future. While managing the project managers, reporting on the business implications of all projects and instigating change in culture, reporting and transparency for the financial departments it become imperative that I took a hands on role in the delivery of the project, its financial position, risks, issues and monitoring.
