Garlic-Lime Chicken
Ingredients
3 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast halves*
1 cup diced onion
2 to 3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon molasses
2 teaspoons Soy Sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons Jerk Seasoning
1 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Coat a large roasting pan with olive oil.
