Law of Reciprocity. Give First, Give Big and Give Consistently and let the law do what it does.

• Mastermind. Collaborate with your peers for a broader perspective. A broader perspective makes us more relatable.

• Third party endorsement. Give them something positive to talk about. Utilize your Account Specialist.

The New LIZ launches with new resources and a new commitment to be better than ever! If you do your part and engage the LIZ community, we will support your efforts to create social influence. Here is a simple plan to follow and you will be well on your way.

1. Create a first class profile on www.localimpactzone.com. Speak with a LIZ Account Specialist for help.

2. Determine the core values and principles that you will consistently represent.

3. Attend the LIZ Events. If we all attend, the events will be a dynamic opportunity.

4. Invite others to create a profile and attend events. Your efforts will be magnified by others

Jeremy Morris of Local Impact Media built an amazing website. The site was carefully considered to give you similar benefits to facebook, linkedin, groupon and google to save you time and effort while creating exposure for you. Here are some of the functions of the new site.

Search. You can search by company, personal name or keyword and the search is tied to your social profile. You can search for business, deals, articles, forum topics and nonprofits. You can set your location for search or clear location to search everywhere.

Events. You now have an accurate and working calendar for events in a 25 mile radius to your location. In addition, your upcoming events populate on the home page if you scroll down.

Social Tab. From the social tab, you will have a very easy to navigate dashboard for your social profile, business profile, deals, friends, photos, groups, videos, events and your inbox.

• Forum. There is a fantastic forum for discussions on topics. The forum will be searchable from our home page search box.

• LIZ Gives. Phase 1 of LIZ Gives will be launching so that you can find events, participating businesses and or become a LIZ Gives partner to generate customer loyalty.
