Strandhotel Bene, Fehmarn – 45 minutes from Timmendorfer Strand Sadly, all good things must come to an end, and our final stop was at the Strandhotel Bene, an intimate, boutique-style hotel located on what is a popular holiday island for Germans and Danes alike. Ferries depart to Denmark and Sweden every 20 minutes.
