Mahendra Singh Dhoni Retires from Test Cricket
M.S Dhoni, decided to retire from test cricket. Test
Cricket is a long format of the game, where a match
lasts about 5 days. The game is usually slow, and is
not played very often these days.
But even then, Dhoni’s retirement shocked many
people. The announcement was sudden. Some people
feel he took retirement because India did not score
well in the last Test Series with Australia.
But Dhoni claims that playing T20, One Day Matches,
and Test Matches, was getting stressful for him. He
said that he wanted to concentrate on the One Day
Matches and T20s.
Dhoni has been one of the best captains India has
had. It was under his captaincy that India rose to
be the number one team in the world.
