Rohit's 264 runs is now the highest  score in One Day (ODI) 
Cricket. The previous record, also held by an Indian, 
belonged to Virender Sehwag. 

Rohit struck an amazing 33 fours and 9 sixes during the 
course of his batting 

The 33‐fours also broke the record for the highest 
number of fours in a single match. 25 was the previous 
record. 

India became the Nirst team to post a score of 400+ in an 
ODI match Nive times.

• 414/7 vs Sri Lanka, Rajkot, 2009
