Materials
1/2 pound mushrooms oyster
4 ml. In. Oil
1-2 n. P. Vinegar (depending on whether we like vinegar)
150 grams. about slice
1 piece of parchment paper
oregano, salt
Dip in a bowl of water, Clean well and place in a bowl.
Pour onto the oil vinegar salt and oregano and mix well.
After you put the pan with parchment paper and pour the vinaigrette over them.
Grate and slice into small pieces (here we prefer soft feta cheese to melt on
cooking).
