Mushrooms with xinomyzithra
Materials:
Pound white mushrooms
3-4 cloves of garlic
3-4 tablespoons olive oil
Half cup white or rosé wine
Half cup apaki cut into small cubes
A cup (or less if dieting) xinomyzithra
Salt
Pepper
Lightly sauté garlic in oil in nonstick cookware. Add the mushrooms cut into slices
and-washed if we tend to wash (the but let it drain of washing water) or simply
cleaned with liquid paper. Add salt and pepper.
Then we add the wine. When you drink about to drink the liquid pour apaki and bring
back a couple of rides.
Served hot and if we sprinkle with a little chopped parsley and a little more pepper.
