How The Christmas Decorators Delivered Greater Festive Impact Across Eight Fuller’ s Pubs

- THE CHRISTMAS DECORATORS-
For the hospitality industry, the festive season presents a valuable opportunity to create memorable guest experiences, strengthen brand identity and stand out in a competitive market. When several Fuller’ s venues sought to enhance their Christmas displays, they needed a decorating partner capable of delivering greater visual impact while reflecting the premium quality, heritage and character of one of Britain’ s best-known pub and hospitality brands.
The partnership developed organically over several years, beginning with individual Fuller’ s pubs working with their local Christmas Decorators franchise teams. Quality installations, responsive service and an understanding of each venue’ s requirements led to recommendations across the Fuller’ s network.
By Christmas 2025, eight venues had come together as part of a coordinated festive programme. While each pub had its own architectural style, customer base and operational considerations, the objective was to create luxurious displays with consistent styling and colour palettes that remained authentic to each location.
A key part of the project’ s success was the collaborative approach between local franchise teams and venue managers. Before designs were developed, franchisees visited each site to understand the venue’ s character, operational requirements and opportunities for bespoke features.
This process revealed a variety of unique considerations across the project. At The Counting House, the historic architecture and traditional character of the building lent itself to Fuller’ s timeless red and gold branding colours, while the installation required careful planning to decorate the upper sections of the bar, where ladders had to be manoeuvred through tight spaces without disrupting the venue.
At The Admiralty, a recent refurbishment meant the festive scheme needed to complement updated interiors while protecting newly finished surfaces and fixtures. Thoughtful placement and installation methods ensured the displays made an impact without compromising the refreshed space.
At The Parcel Yard, located within King’ s Cross Station, the design celebrated the venue’ s parcel office heritage through bespoke decorative envelopes and custom features. The station location also required detailed Risk Assessments and Method Statements( RAMS) to secure installation approval.
