Denby is not about endless volumes of plates dropping off the end of a faceless production line- handles are attached by hand, spouts are created and glazes are applied by hand and each piece is checked at every stage of production before it receives the Denby stamp of approval.

New to Denby’ s portfolio this spring is‘ Grain’ a modern ceramic tableware design with streamlined shapes, understanded elegance and sustainably crafted in Derbyshire, England.
‘ Grain’ adheres to the‘ less is more’ approach. Two core neutral shades of‘ Wheat’ in soft earthy brown, and‘ Barley’ a subtle, calming white with a satin-matt pebble-like surface adds a gentle tactility making Grain as pleasing to touch as it is to use. These tones suit most restaurant interior designs and can be layered with serving pieces in rich contrasting black / brown‘ Grain Chia’ or the moody landscape of‘ Grain Accent’. Plates and bowls have a finer, lighter profile and subtle curves whilst retaining Denby’ s renowned durability which make them beautiful to use, easy to store and ideal for serving and portioning. Denby’ s twice-fired, locally sourced stoneware clay makes‘ Grain’ super tough and so it can go in the dishwasher, microwave, freezer, oven and air fryer up to temperatures of 250 º C and comes with a 10-year manufacturers guarantee.
