The month of May begins with a Flavours of Spain one day course on Saturday 2nd, before traveling to Italy for Pasta Pronto on Wednesday 6th, journeying to Thailand for Thai Cuisines on the 9th and Korea for Korean Street Food on the 13th. Cuisines of the world round up in May with French Cuisine on the 16th, Tasty Tapas on the 19th and a shortbread masterclass on the 24th, among a wide variety of other classes.
Caroline Lamont, Director of Culinary Education at Edinburgh Food & Drink Academy, commented:“ As chefs, our creativity in the kitchen blossoms when we travel to new locations and learn new techniques and flavour combinations, therefore we have created a range of classes which showcase the best of worldwide cuisine. From sparking new inspiration for existing chefs, to allowing home chefs to widen their recipe pool, we bring people together through the power of food. It’ s the perfect way to travel the world from the comfort of Edinburgh- learning new skills and making friends with a shared passion for cooking along the way.”
