The app is available in various languages,
making it viable for chains with hotels around
the globe.
"We've trialled the app at the Queen's Hotel
in Leeds, a 215-room hotel and part of RBH
port
Management Group, which has a portfolio
of 70
hotels around the world. It will be used for food
and drink ordering in three Banqueting rooms
during the Christmas period, so we're excited to
see how well it performs during high-demand
periods and processing demands from both the
rooms and at the tables. So far, we've received
excellent feedback from both management and
guests," explains Hugh Johnson.
"While there are other apps in the market that
can do one or two tasks, there are none that
currently offer such a comprehensive and
multi-layered service functionality to both
customers and hoteliers. We believe that this
app represents a new innovation and a
technologically advanced way of looking at
what has been traditionally a people-based
service industry," he adds.
"It's not our aim to put concierge services out
of a job, but to make it easier and more
streamlined. With a compact and user-friendly
system like this, we believe that customer
satisfaction levels will exceed expectations,
ensuring customer loyalty into the future,"
he concludes.
