start from €2,901.60 for a two-bedroom
apartment – less than €100 per night.
A three-bedroom standard villa with
private pool costs €4,932.72 per month,
while a four-bedroom superior villa with
private pool is €5,500 per month.
Rates include utilities (water, electricity,
WIFI) and weekly cleaning with bed
linen and towels change.
Sérgio Duarte, general manager at
