Silicone Repair Tape.

an immensely versatile, highly durable,
self-fusing silicone repair tape that
simply grips like a python.
Based on a formula originally developed
for military purposes, including repairing
tanks in the desert, Raptile Tape is
equally well suited to a huge array of DIY
applications.
It can be used to create an airtight and
waterproof seal around items like pipes
in seconds. It can also be applied under
water, provides electrical insulation up to
8000 volts, can withstand temperatures
from -50°C to 200°C and is pressure
resistant up to 8 bar.
