Dear Julianne’s Joy, My next door neighbours have two young children who have never been taught to respect other people’s property. They pull leaves off our trees, colour on our porch, leave their toys in our yard and throw garbage all over. The parents apologize but do nothing to rein in their kids. Other than moving or taking matters into my own hands which will land me in jail, what should I do? - Fed Up Dear Fed Up, I don’t recommend going to jail over someone else’s bratty kids. In the heat of the moment, it might help to remember that kids eventually grow up, but if they have no respect now they will
