Tumeric Latte
Ingredients:
½ tsp turmeric
1 cup milk (or alternative milk of choice)
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp coconut oil
Dash of ground cocoa and cinnamon
Method:
Add all ingredients except ground cocao to small pot and bring to a boil,
then simmer for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with ground cocoa and cinnamon and
serve. Makes 1 serving.
