phone or there is even a Tabata app. The idea of these is that you work hard for 20 seconds with a 10 second break following. You repeat this pattern eight times for four minutes total. You can easily do one exercise for the entire eight rounds. In choosing five different exercises and completing one for each Tabata round, you will finish off with 20 minutes of intense work that will work your entire body, burn calories and create stamina. Do these five exercises for four minutes in the Tabata pattern and you are set. 1. Jump squats 2. Push-ups 3. Burpees 4. Plank 5.
