Office renovations focus on people and culture

With the average person spending approximately 60 per cent of their waking hours at work , Ray White New Zealand business owners have recognised the importance of having a welcoming office space where their staff want to spend their time .
Ray White Manukau business owners Adam Thomson and Tom Rawson , and Ray White Ellerslie business owners David and Arthur Subritzky have taken on huge renovations to improve their office spaces .
Following five years of fruitless searching for the right premises to expand their South Auckland operations , Adam and Tom found the perfect property to execute Ray White New Zealand ’ s largest office expansion .
Since purchasing the premises in 2021 , 603 Great South Road in Central Manukau has undergone a multi-million dollar renovation and is now the jewel in the crown of Ray White operations nationally .

Completed in May this year , Adam and Tom have completely remodelled the dual-level premises , enhancing the configuration to high specifications with an industrial aesthetic , substantial car parking facilities , a high-capacity auction room , and green spaces . The overhaul includes a children ’ s creche , high-spec auction room , and full-sized kitchen .
With the new headquarters in Manukau open , Adam said the reception from clients and the broader group has been outstanding , with a marked increase in the vibrancy and buzz across the office translating into sales results .
“ We firmly believe that an emphasis on people and culture continues to allow us to attract and retain some of the best industry talent , enhancing productivity which is evident in our continued success ," he said .
Upon taking ownership of Ray White ’ s Ellerslie branch at 101 Main Highway in 2022 , brothers David and Arthur Subritzky embarked on a
significant remodelling project , motivated to create a best-in-class workplace for their team of 36 .
At the end of May , David and Arthur opened the doors to the new-look Ellerslie branch , which includes eight partitioned offices with elegant steelframed sliding doors , a large central workstation , purpose-built auction room exceeding 50-person capacity , and private meeting / negotiation spaces .
In addition to a vantage point overlooking Ellerslie Village , Ray White ’ s uplifting brand colours are incorporated throughout the premises , with high-end fixtures and finishes which create a sophisticated and contemporary atmosphere .
“ We are focused on creating a space that helps to attract and retain a high-quality team of salespeople , support staff and management , in addition to realising our goals of being one of the leading auction callers in the region ,” David said .
