Josh ’ s unbelievable work ethic sees him working 24 / 7 and providing relentless enthusiasm to create competition for his vendor clients .
The Sydney-based owner was also named the overall Top Residential Performer Internationally , capping off a spectacular rise to leadership in only his second year of business ownership .
