• As Pulse focuses on our own performance , Pulse Radar has now launched . It provides insights into what ’ s happening in the competitor landscape . Where are the strengths and weaknesses of our competitors , who is moving fast , who has the market share , and where are the gaps for us to grow into ?
• Our Pulse suite has continued to evolve over the past three years . All of these additions were developed by our own software development team . It shows how if you have a good team and get a lot of feedback , things can evolve quickly . One wonders what it might look like in another three years ’ time .

Our springboard relies on empowering leadership . Nothing happens without it . No family experience , no personal development , no competition creation , no network value .
We ’ re incredibly blessed to have so many wonderful leaders in the group and so many that are committed to the start of their leadership journey . Our leadership forums and study tours are wonderful opportunities to share knowledge .
To us , NurtureCloud is a leadership tool , not simply a new piece of software . It has been built in a way that compliments effective leadership . It provides structure and creates value for members , gives insights into areas of potential improvement , and simplifies accountability . It ’ s designed to leverage leadership and facilitate growth .
Did you know that only five per cent of our business leaders are women ? We know the importance of providing more support for female leadership . Leading Ladies is about building a community that supports and inspires women in the industry to chase their potential - both personally and professionally . It ’ s had an incredible start which gives us the confidence to continue to build the program , especially to provide more to female leaders and leadership in our group .
Finally , a 120-year-old company must be excellent at discussing and finding answers for succession and creating career pathways , and not run away from the topic . So much value can be created for our members if we can get this area right , and the case studies of businesses lifting as a result of proactive succession discussions are building .
Our group has never been in a better position . The hard work , curiosity and commitment of everyone in our group have given us a wonderful opportunity , and put us on a higher perch and to look out to bigger possibilities . And they are quite amazing .
The quality and honesty of our collective discussions and debate on how we best seize these opportunities are critical , and everyone ’ s role in that is vital . Remember - that ’ s what a springboard is all about .
