PROGRAMS are central to our family experience . It ’ s been a huge year for recognition . A record number of members achieved personal bests and higher recognition status .
At Connect we introduced the evolution of our property management recognition program . Modelled on our successful sales equivalent , the program has been expanded to support career progression for property managers , BDMs and leasing consultants .

We ’ ve re-shaped our training and development program . Our programs are far more structured than we ’ ve had before . They are built around key pillars and areas for success and designed for all of our members regardless of where they are in their career lifecycle . It asks for accountability from delegates .
At its heart is the concept of peer learning . We ’ re blessed with incredible talent and experience across the group , so much of what we do is facilitating the sharing of lessons via case studies .
We recently trademarked the phrase ‘ Competition Creators ®’ - that ’ s how much it means to us . It ’ s a powerful statement and should be used when you ’ re talking to your customers . It ’ s something that is ours .

The network effect is a term used for a situation where the increased numbers of people or participants improve the value of a good or service .
This is an exciting concept for our group , as we have the most people and by definition should be best placed . The rate of change in this area for us is startling .

• We have just released Profit Pulse . It ’ s a real-time profit book providing confidential benchmarking for business owners . No waiting for the year-end . We have 140 businesses accessing it now - how powerful it will be once everyone is involved .
• We ’ ve also released PM Pulse , giving our PM teams and business owners the same opportunities for analysis and benchmarking in this key area of our business .
