Reflecting on the 2024 Emerging Elite Conference

In August we hosted our 2024 Emerging Elite Conference in Coogee , Sydney . The conference left a lasting impression of growth and inspiration . Each conference has its own distinct energy , and this year was no exception . Attendees departed with a renewed sense of motivation and a high that lingered beyond the event .
Created to honour our Premier members , this conference brought together some of the best minds in real estate . The atmosphere was charged with a hunger for learning , exemplifying the conference ’ s role as a premier platform for top-notch training and presentations .
This year ' s theme , “ What it takes to be the best ,” set the stage for an ambitious lineup . We were privileged to hear from some of Australia ’ s leading real estate agents , including Alexander Phillips and Josh Tesolin . Additionally , Gilbert Enoka , renowned for his work as the mental skills coach for the All Blacks , shared insights from his 20 years of experience .
The conference also featured a selection of rising stars and established success stories from our network . A common thread among all the speakers was their alignment with the core message of excellence .
In the weeks following the conference , many agents have shared their plans for future growth , inspired by the insights gained . We eagerly anticipate seeing how these valuable learnings will transform into significant advancements in their careers .
