Since joining Ray White in 1998 , Craig Prier has worn many hats , including corporate performance manager , auctioneer , and significant business owner . Auction for a good cause

The proceeds of 465 O ' Hallorans Rd , Lara have gone to a good cause with the property selling for $ 750,000 through Ray White Lara .
Sales agent Matthew Wade-Taylor ( pictured in second image centre left , with Barwon Health chair Dan Simmonds and the buyers , right ) said it was a charity auction for the Barwon Health Fund , with bidding starting at $ 680,000 .
“ It was a brand new build ,” he said .
“ The developer , Bisinella Development , donated the land to Barwon Health and Hamlan Homes built the home , everything in the home was donated .
“ The whole thing was built for the Barwon Health Fund .
“ The buyers were a local couple who were downsizing .”
