PASSION TO HELP FUELS CAREER IN PROPERTY
RAHUL GOYAL, RAY WHITE ALBURY CENTRAL, NSW
" I’ ve always loved helping people, which has shaped much of what I do. I came to Australia in 2009 at the age of 18, eager to build a new life and embrace every opportunity.
At Ray White Albury Central, we work closely with the Australian Red Cross, an organisation dedicated to supporting refugees and immigrants as they navigate the challenges of building a new life in Australia. The Red Cross provides vital services such as emergency relief, housing assistance, and employment support as well as helping individuals and families access essential resources and integrate into the community.
Being involved with the Red Cross has been incredibly rewarding, allowing me to see the positive difference we can make in people’ s lives. I also work for local SES as a volunteer and it ' s just something in me that I connect with people and love helping them all the time.
My passion for real estate grew naturally from this desire to help others. For me, real estate is not just a job, it ' s a lifestyle. It’ s about connecting with people, helping them achieve their goals, and being part of their journey toward finding a place to call home."
LANDLORDS SHARE SOME CHRISTMAS CHEER
LENA TORUS, RAY WHITE NOBLE PARK | SPRINGVALE, VIC
" Our office embarked again on a heartfelt Christmas hamper initiative, and we couldn’ t be more thrilled to share the impact it’ s had on our landlords and renters.
Over 140 landlords from our rent roll opted to participate, showcasing the incredible generosity and community spirit within our network.
The response has been truly heartwarming. Renters have expressed their gratitude and delight, sharing stories of how these gifts brought a smile to their faces during what can sometimes be a stressful season. For landlords, it has been a wonderful opportunity to demonstrate their appreciation for their renters and to make their Christmas a little brighter.
For our property managers, the experience has been equally rewarding. Watching the excitement- especially little children opening the hampers and enjoying the special nibbles and chocolates- was incredibly heartwarming.
We are incredibly proud of the difference this initiative has made. It brought joy to families, strengthened our community ties, and reminded us all of the true spirit of Christmas- generosity, compassion, and love.”
