RWC Tasmania
Tasmania’ s top commercial real estate professionals have joined forces to open their own business in the RWC group.
Ray White Commercial Tasmania( RWC Tasmania) is the 60th commercial office in the group, spearheaded by Tom Balcombe, Claude Alcorso, Trevor Fox, Heather Mason, Hayden Peck, and Matthew Wallace.
Ray White The Bayside Group, VIC
The powerhouse team behind Ray White Cheltenham and Mordialloc have opened their third office in Sandringham, launching the revolutionary Ray White The Bayside Group.
This expansion marks another milestone for principals Kevin Chokshi, Kyle Dorman, and Mark Guthrie, who have built a reputation for excellence and integrity in Melbourne’ s Bayside region.
Ray White Redland Bay, QLD
Ray White Beenleigh owner Glenn Hamilton has expanded with the opening of Ray White Redland Bay. Since joining Ray White in 2019, Glenn has grown the Beenleigh business from a team of three people to now have 520 properties under management.
He’ s joined by key team members of the business including office manager Bec Cragg, who will share business ownership with Glenn, focusing on operations.

The powerhouse team behind Ray White Remuera, Megan Jaffe and Thomas Farmer, have expanded their reach even further with the acquisition of Ray White Greenlane.
With Remuera being recognised as the group’ s number one office internationally for the past decade, Megan and Thomas started their expansion last year with the opening of Ray White Ponsonby.
RWC Industrial City South, NSW
William Gathercole, the driving force behind RWC Industrial City South, has expanded his team with the arrival of Marcus Schraag as partner, and Costa Fragias as sales and leasing executive.
With a combined 30 years of experience, the trio is poised to cement their position as a dominant force in the South Sydney industrial market.
