Ray White Metro tops the leaderboard

Ray White agents across New Zealand ramped up their prospecting efforts in a high-stakes competition using the group ' s exclusive proptech sales management platform, NurtureCloud.
Eleven businesses took part in the challenge, which set ambitious weekly targets of 50 calls, 50 SMS messages, and three appraisals per agent.
NurtureCloud general manager Courtney Martin said the competition drove a significant increase in agent activity and demonstrated the direct link between outbound calls and appraisal growth.
“ The response was outstanding. We saw calls jump from 9,000 to 16,000 per week, while SMS messages skyrocketed from 600 to over 6,000 in some weeks,” Courtney said.
“ Appraisals also rose from around 350 to 450, reinforcing the power of consistent prospecting through NurtureCloud.”
Agents embraced the competition, with offices creating their own daily leaderboards, setting up live NurtureCloud reporting, and producing weekly summaries to track performance. A dedicated WhatsApp group kept momentum high, with businesses sharing strategies, insights, and leaderboard updates.
Ray White Metro claimed the top spot, securing five tickets to the upcoming Connect Conference. The office awarded the tickets to its five highest-performing agents as a reward for their exceptional efforts.
