TikTok is the fastest growing social platform and the reach it has without a doubt something every business needs to use as leverage .

Culture based videos perform best and also auction videos bring energy . We have offices that have either recruited or gotten listing opportunities directly from TikTok , or have come across one of our videos and then reached out to the business .
What ' s your favourite trend ?
Every trend is our favourite ! A new trend means a new opportunity for a video to blow up .
What was your most viral video ?
We are pretty consistent , but the most recent ‘ viral post ’ was a luxury property in Balwyn that we showcased through a standard listing video , tapping into the ambition pillar of our audience .

I jumped on the TikTok bandwagon because it ' s such a dynamic platform for reaching out . The real goal was to get in front of more potential clients and buyers . It ' s about showcasing properties in a way that ' s not just a listing but a story that grabs attention and sparks imagination . It ' s been great for connecting with more people and really spreading the word about what I do .
Which content performs best ? Do you get any enquiry from it ?
Video tours of stunning properties work best with a bit of a ' human touch ' by speaking in the videos or walking through , which sometimes can be nerve-wracking but practice makes it better . Having a great ' hook ' to start is a great way to catch people ' s attention . Sometimes I get enquiries on the videos for the properties I post . I once sold an apartment and the client came from TIkTok .
What ' s your favourite trend ?
The ' before and afters ' are a great trend but require a bit more effort . It ' s not just the dramatic reveal that gets people hooked ; it ' s the journey of transformation that tells a story .
What was your most viral video ?
Pro tip : carve out two hours each month to batch-create your content . This approach allows you to craft various video styles , ensuring you have enough material to post weekly throughout the month . It ' s a real time-saver and keeps your content fresh and engaging .
A video where we showed an apartment under the caption “ What you could buy for $ 350,000 in Auckland ”. There was plenty of engagement in the comments , where people asked questions that they might not normally reach out to find out .

Keep it simple and dive into creating content ; the real trick is to keep practicing your video editing skills . I ' ve been using a free editing app called ' CapCut ' which is great for polishing videos before sharing them across TikTok , Instagram , Facebook , and LinkedIn simultaneously . Consistency is your best friend here . All you need is a good smartphone camera and don ' t forget to wipe your lens clean !
