Meet some of our outstanding administration and operations members from across the Group .
Whether they are EAs , ops managers or front of house , they ' re often the backbone of their office and the unsung heroes in the background who make sure everything is running smoothly . It ’ s safe to say , we couldn ’ t get by without them .

Tell us a bit about your current role ? Director of Operations at RWC Western Sydney
How did you get into ops ?
I wanted a challenge , I knew I wanted to stay in real estate , however didn ' t want to be in a client facing role . I love the business .
What do you love about it ?
I learn something new everyday and I ' m constantly challenged , I never want to be somewhere where I ' m bored .
What ' s the biggest lesson you ' ve learned in your career ?
You can only control what you can control .
What advice would you give people starting their career ?
Get comfortable being uncomfortable and don ' t aim to be the smartest person in the room .

Tell us a bit about your current role ?
I work in Geoff Smith ' s team and look after the marketing and administration / ops side of the business . We provide an end-to-end solution for our clients so the initial phone call to introduce myself , manage the house preparation , prepare the AA , marketing , reporting and ensuring the team stays on track with their hot / pipeline clients with a view of tasking calls and updates on the market .
How did you get into ops / admin ?
I have been in real estate since I was 18 and have a genuine love of property . Before joining Ray White , I held corporate project marketing roles . I have always said I never want to be the face of anything but more the back bone and that is my strength - support .
What do you love about it ?
Developing processes that benefit our team in being more efficient . Building long lasting relationships with clients who become clients for life . Seeing the team reach set milestones . We have a great culture and team who work collaboratively as one team . One dream - one team . There is no I in our team but " we ".
What ' s the biggest lesson you ' ve learned in your career ?
Never give up ! Set realistic goals and have a good mentor that you aspire to be like and work for them . Learn from mistakes and analyse ways to prevent it from happening again .
And what advice would you give people starting their career ?
Be comfortable starting at the bottom , be patient , success doesn ' t happen overnight and have a clear and realistic plan of where you want to be long term .
