“ For every roadblock she faced , it was a phase that she was willing to take on . It was emotional and confronting but it was something she worked on daily , she was willing to take that step ,” Craig said .
“ In tennis , we talk about controllables , lots of things are out of your control , so my main goal with Ash was I did a heap of preparation before matches .
“ I would watch two to three matches of her next opponent , because I never wanted her to walk out on court and be surprised . We would have Plan A , which was the way Ash wanted to win , then we would have B , C and D .
“ Some players never change but the good ones will see something and change things . She was ready for everything , preparation is the key .”

RWC head of commercial James Linacre and Ray White Group managing director discuss new business at RWC .
RWC SYMPOSIUMS
RWC hosted a series of symposiums up the east coast , with more than 200 business owners , sales people , property managers and admins joining for a day of learning and development .
The first symposium was held in Melbourne , followed by Sydney , with the Brisbane symposium wrapping up the series today .
“ At a time when a lot of our competitors are shedding numbers , we continue to grow ,” he said . Dan said it was exciting to see the group continue to expand .
" There are a lot of new faces who are allowing the group to keep developing and growing ,” he said .
“ All the faces in the room today , both new and old , have contributed to where we are today ."
RWC Property Management BDE Leteicha Wilson was the MC for the events , and welcomed members to the symposium which was sponsored by RealCommercial .
“ Today provides the opportunity to get back in the room together and get motivated for the year ahead ,” she said .
Ray White Group managing director Dan White and RWC head of commercial James Linacre spoke about the state of the network and RWC ’ s goals for the year . James said 110 new faces had joined the RWC network this financial year .
