The first would be the auctioneer training last year . It blew my mind how in depth it was , the structure and how formal it was . The calibre of the trainers was amazing . Plus , it forced us to lift our game and take it more seriously .

Thirdly , the marketing side of things , especially through Outfit . We have access to some pretty unreal templates that I make full use of . It ’ s all these intangible things you can use to add value to an overall experience .
