It ’ s going to be a white out on the Gold Coast this August . Our biggest and no doubt best ever international conference is scheduled for 7-9 August 2022 on the Gold Coast .
This will be our third Connect conference and we hope it will be our biggest yet and eclipse the 2,500 members that joined us last time in 2018 .
It wasn ’ t just the size of Connect 18 that made it so special and achieved a 4.8 out of 5 review by delegates .
It wasn ’ t just the amazing range of speakers , the specialist breakout rooms , the international awards night , or the incredible parties .
But it was the sense that we were all part of something bigger , something special , and the opportunity it gave us to celebrate the relationships formed right across the group .
We have announced the theme of our gala party - A Night of White . The closing party at past Connect conferences have all been huge nights - and this year will be no different . We expect to see some extravagant white suits , elegant white dresses and exceptional white linens at the closing party .

OPEN DAY AT THE SHED
The first Ray White office still stands proudly in an historical village in Crows Nest , Queensland .
It ’ s a simple tin shed , and it hasn ’ t changed since Ray opened his business inside it 120 years ago .
Ahead of Connect 22 on the Gold Coast , the White family welcomes members to attend an Open Day at The Shed on 7 August from 11am .
The acclaimed bush poet Rupert McCall will be on hand to recite an ode that he has written about the beloved Shed ; there will also be a bush band and BBQ lunch .
It will be a great opportunity to take team photos , and read about our history including a book of Elite members from the past to now .
Crows Nest is about 30 minutes north of Toowoomba and two hours west of
Brisbane ; bus transport options from Brisbane and the Gold Coast will be available .
For the White family , The Shed is a symbol of the power of individual ambition ; the power of Ray ’ s ambition . It ’ s a reminder of what can be achieved through hard work and a commitment to providing service to local communities , which is something to be proud of .
Of course , the business has changed so much over the past 120 years . Ray White now has over 13,000 members throughout Asia Pacific . But the business is committed to retaining all the energy and creativity that Ray had all those years ago , and the White family values remain evergreen .
