Ray White champions its property management community at PMC

IT ’ S BEEN FIVE YEARS SINCE OUR PROPERTY MANAGERS HAVE BEEN ABLE TO COME TOGETHER WHICH MADE PMC 2023 EVEN MORE SPECIAL .
Held at the Crowne Plaza in the Hunter Valley , with an emphasis on technology , community and self care within a changing industry , the conference attracted more than 400 members from across 67 Ray White businesses .
The conference featured sessions from our expert corporate property management team , nutritional biochemist Dr Libby Weaver and Commando Steve Willis .
Ray White Property Management CEO Emily Sim took the stage to open the first day with a message about the importance of the relationship between a landlord and their client .
“ Our industry of property management is not the same as it was even two years ago ,” she said .
“ Taking into consideration everything that has happened in our industry , our biggest opportunity is to be community minded with your clients .
“ There ’ s so much more we can do if we create a community with our clients . We need to think of our landlords and tenants as part of our community and if you think community , you will behave like a community .
“ When you have a community , everyone is putting in and you get back . This is a great opportunity to grow your business ."
