Carmine Catalano entered the real estate industry in 2015 and worked for Ray White Daw Park and Adelaide City , as well as an independent in the western suburbs , before joining Michael Walkden at the West Torrens business .

Ray White West Torrens was a business built around data and prospecting - when Carmine joined he was assigned a pool of orphan data and told to start calling .
Carmine quickly aligned with the vision and learned the importance of making calls , but more importantly , he had a real passion for it . It was at a similar time that Ray White started to pilot NurtureCloud - designed to simplify making calls - and

West Torrens was selected to participate . After his adoption of NurtureCloud , Carmine was selected to participate in the Pathways program which kicked off in July 2020 .
BUILDING MOMENTUM
Since joining West Torrens in 2019 , Carmine has doubled his business each year - achieving Premier in the 2020 / 21 financial year , and 2021 / 22 achieving Alan White Elite status . NurtureCloud provides Carmine with a tool to combine the learnings from the Pathways program ( such as building a team to support him ) with his database model . Carmine can now easily see and understand the performance of his business and is able to set goals for him and his team , and be accountable to them .
