RAY WHITE ADELAIDE CITY KICKS GOALS WITH EXPANSION
After 18 months of searching for a commercial office to buy , Ray White Adelaide City director Andrew Downing and director of property management Chris Xu have found the perfect space . Their construction team worked flat out to complete the full fitout and had the doors open after just a few short months .
Andrew was also excited to announce that they ’ ve opened a property management business to help service their expanding client base and to complement their growing sales business . Chris will be heading up the department .
“ With many years of success in other business ventures , Chris will only help our expanding company ’ s goals of continued growth with a focus on a high level of customer service and satisfaction ,” Andrew said .
SPOOK-TACULAR HALLOWEEN
Vivien Yap and her Ray White Dalkeith | Claremont team went all out for Halloween this year .
At their spooky twilight viewings in Dalkeith , the team delivered Halloween Survival Kits to the neighbourhood . Vivien organised face painters to paint scary faces , a fairy floss machine , coffee and hot chocolate and gigantic bubbles .
The team decorated the entire block with tombstones , haunted houses , coffins , skeletons , and even a witches cauldron ! It was a huge hit for the western suburbs local community .
