Her mother pushed her into the industry - her parents had a construction company and she thought the real estate industry would be a great one to be a part of . She was right .
Joyce ’ s career has gone from strength to strength , and she prides herself on her negotiation skills . Joyce says she loves working with landlords to provide premium and personalised service . “ When I manage an investment , I take the premises on as though it were my own .” In October alone , she signed up 16 new managements .
