RAY WHITE TAKANINI AND KARAKA HELP SUPPORT VULNERABLE SOUTH AUCKLAND FAMILIES
This year , Ray White Takanini and Karaka have helped support the local community and vulnerable families in South Auckland through the Middlemore Foundation .
The charity works with the local community and marae to facilitate important and life-changing initiatives to help those in need in the South Auckland community with targeted health , homes and education programs .
From August 2021 , Takanini and Karaka committed to providing a care pack for every virtual valuation , listing , sold property , and new property management during lockdown ( alert level 4 and alert level 3 ). The foundation said that in the first month , 750 care packs had been donated .
