If I am at $ 900k am I in the ball park ?.... “ Brittany , help !” I yelled .
Now this is the printed version so I only have 500 words to play with , my full story is online . We did another two OFIs , one appraisal and two virtual tours . My observations were :
OBSERVATION # 1
I was surprised at how friendly the OFI attendees were . Brittany was very welcoming and built relationships with the attendees very quickly , which made the experience feel good .
OBSERVATION # 2
Brittany would ask what suburb they were from and if they owned the property to add to the notes . This allowed Brittany to understand the attendees ' situation .
OBSERVATION # 3
I didn ' t realise door knocking ( or magic 50s ) happened post OFI . Brittany door knocks many property owners on the street the OFI was shown to share details of the OFI attendance and interest levels .
OBSERVATION # 4
I didn ' t realise how much went into an appraisal and after the initial meeting Brittany had to go back to the office to produce the document for the family to review .
OBSERVATION # 5
I am so tired and worn out and my new shoes are starting to dig in . I didn ' t realise how tired I would get after all this talking and being on your feet all day . Next time I ' m bringing a pool chair !
OBSERVATION # 6
Our tech systems must provide simple task management and automation as Agents really do move from buyers to sellers to prospecting , to appraising , to auctions , to following up a range of support provided many times in a day . While this was only my first day in the field with our agents . This must be a huge problem across our group .
