One of the most fabulous experiences I ' ve had recently was congratulating Ray White Quakers Hill - Tesolin Group business owner Josh Tesolin on his astonishing achievements .
When Josh commenced his business owner career with us , I was nervous to hear Josh had never performed an auction . But Josh listened to us ; what a credit he is to himself and our team . Not only did Josh take our recommendation to embrace the auction method but also took every bit of support we offered and brought this to a trade area that was not renowned for auctions at all .

In just four years he has become one of our top auction agents and , together with his outstanding office , now conducts around 60 auctions per month . This must be a record for anyone brand new to Ray White . No wonder they are taking control of their trade area , but they are delivering this astonishing record with their community ’ s support . Everyone in his office embraces this opportunity of creating competition and it ’ s superb how well this has worked .
Josh ' s and his team ’ s market share is 42 per cent - which is pretty impressive from a cold start . So much so , Josh has already re-signed his franchise agreement more than a year before the expiry . I have had the pleasure of visiting his office several times , primarily to congratulate him . The impact he has had on me , knowing the philosophy we hold so dear is as valued by him , has been profound .
