YOU CAN SIT WITH ME x Ray White ' Safe Space Scheme '
We ’ re thrilled to announce that we ’ ve partnered with the initiative YOU CAN SIT WITH ME ( YCSWM ). YCSWM is an inclusive program for schools , sporting clubs and community groups designed to stamp out school refusal , non inclusive behaviours and bullying . YCSWM is dedicated to supporting children by teaming up with Ray White offices to establish safe spaces for students travelling to and from school .
Ray White The Woollahra Group principal Randall Kemp said , “ At Ray White The Woollahra Group , all our directors are parents who appreciate the vital role that support and solidarity play in raising our children . This initiative resonates with us personally and we are committed to contributing to a cause that strengthens our community and supports our children ."
We ' re currently rolling this program out in New South Wales , with a full Australian roll-out planned for the coming month .

Through our partnership with YCSWM , our offices are able to extend a lifeline to children " from the pavement ," by establishing safe spaces along their journey to and from school as part of a ‘ Safe Space Scheme ’.
What does it mean to become a YCSWM ‘ Safe Space ’?
By displaying a YCSWM ‘ Safe Space ’ sticker in your office window , your office becomes easily identifiable for local students and children as a space for them to seek refuge . Specifically , if a child going to or from school experiences any situation including being lost , needs to phone a parent or guardian , encountering harm including bullying or stalking they can go to a ‘ Safe Space ’ accredited Ray White office with the sticker on the window . There , a staff member will reach out to their parent , guardian , or the school to collect the child .
