Harnessing our unfair advantage

As we move steadily through the NurtureCloud Buyer Module roll out , we are gathering more insights about buyer and vendor behaviour , but more importantly , we ’ re learning a lot about how our agents behave inside the framework of a sales campaign .
In March , our Ray White Queensland team hosted a careers night with 39 future real estate stars .
The night included a panel discussion with Renee Rennie and Giorgia White of Ray White Banyo , Madilyn Shephard of Ray White Concierge and Ray White Queensland head of property management Kate Stewart .
Off the back of the night , there were three successful placements in the network and a pipeline of attendees created for future placements .
Ray White Queensland head of network specialists , Monique Hayden , said the careers night was a great way to establish Ray White as a company to build and grow a career , along with a breadth of industry opportunities .
“ We are now able to offer more support in the attraction of talent for our businesses , helping us to continue to provide a best in market service ,” Monique said .
Ray White network specialist - recognition and recruitment Tiera Butkus said it was a fantastic evening showcasing all that the group offers .
As the saying goes , success leaves clues , and this couldn ’ t be truer when talking about Brandon Pilgrim from Ray White Norwood . Brandon has built a steadily growing and very stable career , starting with us as a fresh-faced 18 year old . Over his seven year career in real estate , he has methodically built a database with a core market focus , he is an auction advocate and now leads a team of four . Last year he took the title of number one agent in the South Australian network and he is set to finish this financial year ahead of what the team wrote last year .
While these achievements are commendable , what ’ s possibly more impressive about Brandon is how he ’ s truly built a business based on structure and process . Something we advocate for isn ' t replicated by every agent . The benefit of this approach is that it makes it easier to scale the team , to plug new team members into a consistent system and it ’ s also easier to train new team members because the framework makes expectations so clear .
Unsurprisingly , Brandon has taken on NurtureCloud with ease and leveraged the greater efficiencies it ’ s brought to his business .
“ The night was made even more special with our CEO , Jason Andrew , who opened the evening by sharing his journey with Ray White , which began when he attended a careers night ,” Tiera said .
