Ray White offices spread the spooky spirit this Halloween with a bunch of busy bees , ghastly ghouls and one giant gorilla .
THREE GENERATIONS OF SCHELLS

There were three generations of the Schells in the auction room recently . Ray White Rural South Australia ’ s youngest and cutest employee Louie Schell , then 12 weeks , was on hand to watch dad Daniel and his ‘ Pa ’ Geoff Schell knock the hammer down on ‘ Koonowla East ’, Auburn .
The property was knocked down for $ 4.050 million , a wonderful result . Proud ‘ Pa ’ Geoff said , “ it was a bit special to see little Louie all smiles in his bold yellow shirt ”.
With a big grin , Dan said “ we are a family business through and through ."
Ray White Unley | Colonel Light Gardens stepped into the spooky season with their second annual ‘ Ultimate Halloween Street Party ’, all while supporting a great cause in the Little Heroes Foundation which is a not-forprofit organisation that supports the mental and physical health of South Australian children .
“ This event is a fantastic way for us to connect with the local community in a fun and engaging way , as well as supporting local businesses ,” Ray White Unley | Colonel Light Gardens sales partner and auctioneer Robbie Smith said .
“ Last year ' s event was a huge success . We received so much positive feedback from the local residents . We look forward to making it an annual event that we expect will continue to get bigger each year . A huge shoutout to our amazing administration team for all their hard work behind the scenes to bring it all together ."
Overall , they were able to raise $ 500 for the Little Heroes Foundation and sell out of 300 sausages , run out of balloons , give out more than 3,000 lollies with hundreds of families attending .
Ray White Rural Kilcoy held a trick or treat station outside their office with the kids needing to participate in a trick before they got their treat . Principal Samantha Hemple ( pictured above right ) said next year she will need to buy more treats as everything was gone in just two hours .
Ray White Ascot and DG event stylists DG House combined to create a walkthrough haunted house which saw thousands of local families and kids attend .
“ We ’ ve been feeding kids chocolates , lollies and handing out balloons all afternoon and what a great event for the community . Thanks to everyone who came and enjoyed it with us ,” Alexander Shean , director of Ray White Ascot said .
