" Participating in events like REOO is a great opportunity to connect with your database and offer them a no obligation appraisal and discuss any other need they may have ,” Jared said .
“ It ' s also a fun bonding thing to do with your team !"

Ray White Concierge had been in full training mode leading up to the big event . They love supporting our agents to scale up their calls and opportunities in NurtureCloud .
This was the biggest Real Estate of Origin they ' d had to date , powered with 4,000 calls and 426 appraisals from their team of 50 consultants .
Courtney Martin , general manager from NurtureCloud , also joined the fun as a consultant on the phones , racking up appraisals .
As part of their live cross and dressed as a massive blow up pumpkin , Haesley Cush of Ray White Collective motivated the Concierge team with his energetic nature .
" I got the call to come and show my support for Real Estate of Origin but didn ' t realise that I was going to be put in a pumpkin suit ,” he said .
“ Real Estate of Origin is a really important day for us as it allows us to create a lot of value for our clients . There was huge interest from people wanting to know the value of their home and it ' s now becoming quite well received .”
Chief strategy officer ( real estate ) Mark McLeod and NurtureCloud general manager Courtney Martin handpicked 10 offices from across the country to go head-to-head in a competition focused on Winning Saturday .
Saturday is “ Game Day ” - the most important day in a real estate agent ’ s week , where agents have the opportunity to maximise the customers they meet through open homes ( our shopfronts ).
Ray White has a 15 per cent market share across Australia and New Zealand , however imagine the public perception if we conducted 25 per cent of the open homes ? We would meet more people , add more data to our databases , generate more appraisal opportunities , and ultimately list more properties .
We have the opportunity to build significant market share off the back of “ Winning Saturday ”, and this competition was designed to do just that . Mark and Courtney also focused on increasing engagement with NurtureCloud ’ s buyer module and ensuring Ray White customers receive top notch service .
The metrics measured :
• Percentage of agents with five plus open homes
• Percentage of buyers called back
• Percentage of vendors sent a campaign report
Thank you to the 10 businesses who came on the journey , and a huge congratulations to Ashley Weston , Ellis Schofield and the team at Ray White Frankston who took out the top prize .
