After working with people, I would share a few healthful tips here and there, and finally decided to create a
few things in writing so that they are available to others
at all times, when I am unable to share. The books can
continue to speak on in my behalf. This little booklet is one of several I have put together. Each book
has a special emphasis that is calculated to assist in a
particular way. I also have had a website for the past
several years that has more information for those who
would like to go a little deeper into this grand topic of
optimal health. In putting together this little booklet,
it initially was simply going to be one of the booklets
I have already have written that simply needed to be
revised. But little by little new ideas and ways began
to come together that it ended up being something totally different. I thought I would be finished with the
simple revisions in about a week, but it is turning into
almost months. I have revised out almost all the old
and something new has come forth. I hope it will be
helpful to you.
