PAY : The ability to make a good living doing what they love . We provide a clear path for our trainers to earn money 4 different ways .

ONE : pay per training session ( 1 / 2hr sessions @ $ 9- $ 12 per session )

TWO : Referrals ( internal from referrals and upsells , external from testimonials , wearing Gold ’ s Personal Training apparel and talking about what they love ) 8 % commission

THREE : If referral expectations are hit , they receive $ 3 increase per training session for following pay period .

FOUR : Selling supplements and shakes : They are the trusted advisor to the client . We educate our trainers on each product so they can make credible suggestions to assist with the client ’ s success . They receive commissions on all sales . We give a cash payout , or they can receive club dollars at a higher percentage . Most trainers request the club dollars .

Systematic Approach to Personal Training :

Where there is no structure , there is chaos . We have a very structured methodology to our training program and sessions . Our systems and processes provide consistency and accuracy for every trainer and training client . We have a dedicated personal training sales director that gives all initial assessments . Upon the assessment , they review what plan will be the most efficient and effective for both the client and trainer .

We then create our program design which consists of the following verticals :

MIND : Vision , Commitment , Alignment , Action , Circle of Influence , Win Success

Routine , Productivity Report .

NUTRITION : Food guide , Plate design , Kitchen Reset , Shopping Guide , Eating out Successfully , Q & A , Food Picture Accountability

EXERCISE : Exercise calendar consisting of Training Time , Training Type , Training Split . Educational videos covering the following topics : Biomechanics , Breathing , Full Range of Motion and Full Range Contraction .

Within each of the forementioned verticals we provide continued educational content and accountability tools to guarantee the success of each client and trainer .

Continued education and support for our trainers .

We provide monthly face to face continued education meetings , as well as video education in the following critical areas of psychology , nutrition , and exercise .

Re-engage members who have not returned to the club ?

• Create caring and informative content to deliver through all communication channels . ( Newsletters , Emails , Texts ,
