A MORE FLEXIBLE APPROACH TO COLLECTIONS IN 2021 , FEATURING THE GOLD ’ S VA / WI GROUP

2020 sure didn ’ t turn out like any of us had planned . It was a rollercoaster in seemingly all aspects . However , we all learned a lot from the ride . Collections are a sensitive subject without gym closures , members losing their jobs due to the pandemic , and many social issues happening to be the “ hero ” as Christian mentioned by waiving fees as an incentive to reinstate . Or if members have special circumstances , the gym can make accommodations tailored to the member ’ s needs . around us . But Joe Harrison and the Lowells ’ gyms found a way to navigate the pandemic and recover lost revenue through collections in 2020 , making them better prepared for whatever comes in 2021 .

We have expanded flexibility in 2020 as part of our services . Clients now have the ability to pause all outbound collections , pause on loading new accounts , or any other arrangement as needed . Many clubs decided to pause outbound collection
