Beginning about twelve inches from the end of the jute, make a small bouquet with your materials and lay it along the jute with the head of the bouquet pointing back to the end of the jute. Note that the fuller these bouquets are, the fuller your garland will be. Using your paddle wire, wrap it tightly around the bunch several times to secure it to the jute. Make another small bouquet and slightly overlap the ends of the first bouquet to hide the wire on the first bouquet. Wire it into place. Don’ t cut the wire between bunches, but let it run the length of the garland.
